Position Overview

The Production Supervisor is the front-line manager of the manufacturing process, adding value and quality to the inputs to create high-quality final products. Your focus would be coordinating production, prioritizing safety and quality, employee engagement, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Education/Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of leadership experience OR high school diploma with 4+ years of leadership experience.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and production flow.
  • Ability to direct, influence, and coach staff.
  • Ability to work with management to meet production schedules and goals.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, quality orientation, technical knowledge, customer focus, time management, and process improvement skills.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in cold and/or hot temperatures throughout the day.
  • Adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensures a safe working environment for employees.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to train and engage employees.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Self-reliant and able to work accurately under limited supervision.
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems.
  • Advanced safety training.
  • HACCP training/certifications.
  • Flexibility in work performed and schedule.
  • Knowledge of high-tech manufacturing processing and packaging equipment, such as baggers, palletizers, and cookers.
Working Hours

2nd shift hours are Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm.

Compensation

Most candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a salary near the middle of our salary ranges.
