Production Supervisor, 2nd Shift (Finance)

Nutra Blend is an industry leader in manufacturing and distributing quality vitamin, trace mineral, micro-ingredients, and antibiotic premixes for the feed industry.

As a division of Land O'Lakes, our growth relies on hiring extraordinary, diverse talent. Our Supply Chain & Operations team provides strategic leadership across the company's many business units. The team plays a significant role in fueling revenue growth and profitability through operational excellence, quality, and process improvement.

The Production Supervisor is the front-line manager of the manufacturing process, adding value and quality to inputs and creating high-quality final products. Your focus would be coordinating production, prioritizing safety and quality, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance.

Required Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of leadership experience OR High School diploma with 4+ years of leadership experience.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Understanding of manufacturing processes and production flow.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to direct, influence, and coach staff.
• Ability to work with management to meet production schedules and goals.
• Effective communication, decision-making, quality orientation, technical knowledge, customer focus, time management, and process improvement skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Work in cold and/or hot temperatures throughout the day.
• Adherence to all SOPs.
• Ensuring a safe working environment.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to train and engage employees.

Preferred Experience:

• Self-reliant and capable of working under limited supervision.
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Advanced safety training.
• HACCP training/certifications.
• Flexibility in work performed and schedule.
• Knowledge of high-tech manufacturing equipment such as baggers, palletizers, and cookers.
• Organizational skills above average.

Hours: 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm

Salary: $69,040 - $103,560

Candidates can expect to be hired near the middle of this range.
