Job Responsibilities

• Oversee Production and Quality across all lines.
• Follow company rules and conduct investigations as needed.
• Enforce GMP and Food Defense protocols.
• Manage a shift of over 65 employees, including training and staffing.
• Coordinate with management to meet production goals.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Document performance, disciplinary actions, and downtime.
• Ensure quality standards are met and manage product holds and rejects.
• Train staff on WMS and manage employee hours and payroll.

Qualifications

General

• Attention to detail, teamwork, and professionalism.
• Time management skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old.

Experience & Education

• 2+ years customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.

Skills

• Proficiency with Windows PC software, typing, and internet.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Conditions

• Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
• Stand/walk for 8-10 hours.
