Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate product processing
  • Monitor backorder reports and production schedules, coordinate resources to ensure minimal backorders, and ensure product quality
  • Create inventory transfers and production orders to meet schedules and service levels
  • Complete all paperwork and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Maintain inventory integrity for components and finished goods
  • Communicate with divisions on backordered or substitute items
  • Act as backup for production equipment, material handling, and warehouse
  • Develop and mentor staff through onboarding, training, performance management, and motivation to ensure appropriate staffing and skills

Required Experience:

  • Conflict management and resolution
  • Managing workflow of large operations
  • Active listening skills
  • High sense of urgency
  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous SAP and Catalyst experience
  • At least 2 years of production experience
  • Experience as a department lead or supervisor
  • At least 1 year managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing
  • Supervising 25+ direct reports
  • 5+ years in a related field with 3+ years in a supervisory role
  • Associates Degree
  • SAP experience
  • Lean/Six Sigma exposure

Medline offers a competitive total rewards package, continuing education, training, and growth potential within a global organization.

The salary range is $67,080 - $97,240 annually, with actual salary based on experience and location. Role is bonus/incentive eligible.

Benefits include health insurance, life and disability coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and more, for employees working 30+ hours per week. For less than 30 hours, benefits include 401(k), Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups, and Employee Service Corp.
