Overview

KanPak is a global leader in developing and manufacturing beverage, yogurt, and dessert solutions. Our product range includes coffee beverages, creamers, yogurt, frozen desserts, and specialty beverages. Our solutions are designed to be convenient, efficient, and environmentally friendly.

We are seeking an energetic, skilled Production Supervisor for our facility in Arkansas City, KS. Work Shift may vary. 2nd Shift (2pm-10pm). We operate 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees in the manufacturing environment.
• Plan and organize production activities.
• Ensure equipment uptime is maintained in a timely manner.
• Assist in hiring production staff.
• Optimize daily operations while minimizing costs.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: The expected range is $65,000/year.

Primary Objectives

• Coordinate quality activities to meet standards for quality, food safety, regulatory compliance, cost, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in formulating and implementing division goals for business growth.

• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Supervise up to 35 employees.
• Oversee all aspects of production and ensure GMPs, policies, and procedures are adhered to.
• Review production records and facilitate team meetings.
• Evaluate employee performance and manage priorities efficiently.
• Train new employees.

Qualifications

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5-8 years of manufacturing experience. Specialized training in dairy processing or aseptic production is highly preferred.

Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication, analytical skills, leadership, proficiency in database and Excel, HACCP, CCP, GMP knowledge, budget planning, strategic thinking, and strong follow-up skills.

Ability to serve as a team member or leader, manage and motivate employees, maintain confidentiality, and manage time effectively.
