We are hiring Rockstars to join our Sauer Brands team!

Overall Goal of Position: The Production Supervisor for Sauer Brands, Inc., is responsible for direct supervision of all team members in the production department, to direct all daily activities in production and assist in providing structure for department processes and procedures while supporting and building OurRecipe@SauerBrands.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring product conformance and line efficiency, including setup and adjustments of production machines/lines, and driving a box truck for product logistics when needed.
2. Interpreting specifications, assigning duties, and establishing work procedures to meet schedules.
3. Recommending improvements in production methods, equipment performance, and quality.
4. Training staff on ERP and OEE systems.
5. Collaborating cross-functionally with departments like Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
6. Supporting safety initiatives to promote an injury-free workplace.
7. Leading and supervising staff, resolving personnel issues, and motivating teams.
8. Supporting culture building and representing the company positively.
9. Conducting risk assessments and job hazard analyses.

Qualifications: High School Diploma required, some college preferred; 5+ years in manufacturing, 2+ years supervisory experience; familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle (Peoplesoft) is preferred.
