Join our team and help lead a dynamic group in our growing manufacturing operations. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the operational performance of our Powder Coat Paint Line on 1st shift. This position will focus on ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity while leading continuous improvement initiatives and team member development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring adherence to all safety policies, conducting safety tours, and encouraging near-miss/accident reporting.
• Maintain a flexible, cross-trained workforce to meet production demand. Collaborate with the Production Trainer to implement training plans and track progress.
• Utilize lean manufacturing tools (5S, one-piece flow, standard work, etc.) to drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.
• Manage labor and material variances, factory burden, and overtime while contributing to budget and capital expenditure planning.
• Lead daily huddles, monitor production schedules, approve labor reporting, and audit shop orders and payroll.
• Conduct annual performance reviews, maintain discipline records, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience combined with 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Associate's degree in Production Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in ISO 9001-2015 and lean manufacturing principles.
• High computer literacy (Microsoft Office, ERP systems).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.
