Sika is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our growing team in the Gastonia, NC area.

Job Responsibilities

As a Production Supervisor at Sika, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the team in meeting production targets while maintaining a safe and respectful workplace.
• Managing assigned shifts to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Maintaining a presence on the shop floor at least 90% of the time.
• Enforcing plant safety rules and union policies.
• Collaborating with Materials and Quality teams to ensure delivery and quality standards are met.
• Ensuring adherence to manufacturing processes, including startup/shutdown procedures, inspections, quality checks, 5S practices, and safety device usage.
• Achieving financial goals and managing manufacturing operations effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across all management levels.
