Job summary

John Deere seeks a Production Supervisor for 1st shift in Fargo, ND. You will supervise a team to deliver quality products safely and efficiently, driving continuous improvement and upholding John Deere standards.

Responsibilities include onboarding, development, discipline, and performance evaluation, plus implementing unit policies and initiatives to meet objectives. This onsite role requires prior manufacturing leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in manufacturing, assembly, or operations.
• 2+ years in team leadership as supervisor, coordinator, team lead, or project leader.
• Ability to support operations, including daily and weekly overtime based on business needs.
• Ability to work 1st shift.
