Pay Range: $75,000 - $92,000
What's the Job?
Organize and direct work on the processing floor to meet production schedules efficiently.
Ensure that safety, quality, productivity, and cleanliness standards are maintained by the hourly workforce.
Monitor quality checks to meet quality goals and food safety standards, reducing organizational risks.
Lead and support employee safety initiatives, risk management, and labor relations activities to foster a safe and engaging work environment.
Collaborate with management to develop training plans that support organizational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
What's Needed?
High School diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
Three to five years of related experience with progressive supervisory responsibilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment near moving mechanical parts and in refrigerated and freezing conditions.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
