Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading others through training, coaching, or projects.
• Food or beverage manufacturing background preferred.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) and problem-solving with solid math abilities.
• Motivate, train, and coach employees to peak performance in a positive team environment.
• Willing to work long hours, weekends, and in varying heat/cold conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections on the production floor to identify unsafe conditions and take corrective action.
• Lead safety audits, champion ergonomic initiatives, and ensure HACCP/USDA adherence.
• Maintain product quality by enforcing Food Safety/Quality plans and SOPs.
• Track and analyze production yields, efficiencies, and variances; work with Ops managers to improve workflows.
• Direct and guide hourly production employees toward safety, quality, and goals.
• Lead monthly line meetings and walk the floor daily.
• Analyze production metrics and suggest changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
