Job summary

Hours are on a 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM shift; strong communication and organizational skills are required to succeed in a busy plant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• 3–5 years of production supervisory experience or similar role.
• Ability to read and write in English and communicate clearly.
• Ability to facilitate small group interactions and hold people accountable.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; can handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production to ensure goals are met and teams perform effectively.
• Provide feedback and direction; assist with identified needs.
• Complete the production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Drive workflow and operational efficiency; identify opportunities and corrective actions.
• Record production performance data and communicate manufacturing information.
• Develop and revise processes to improve operating practices and budgeting needs.
• Manage emergencies and maintain a positive representation of the company
• Relate with Human Resources on personnel issues and relocations as needed
