Job Summary

Ensure the timely and accurate production of finished goods and the delivery of products to customers. Maintain inventory integrity of components and finished items.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and coordinate product processing.
2. Monitor backorder reports and production scheduling; coordinate resources to ensure minimal backorders and maintain overall quality of produced items.
3. Create inventory transfers and production orders to meet established schedules and service levels.
4. Complete all necessary paperwork, ensure the electronic receipt of finished goods, and comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
5. Ensure inventory integrity for components and finished products.
6. Communicate with product divisions regarding backordered and substitute items.
7. Act as backup for production equipment, material handling, and warehouse operations.
8. Develop and mentor staff through onboarding, communication, training, development, and performance management; build employee morale and ensure appropriate staffing with required competencies.

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous SAP and Catalyst experience.
• At least 2 years of production experience.
• Experience as a department lead or supervisor is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing staff.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $73,840.00 - $107,120.00 annually.

The actual salary varies based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. The role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
