Job Summary

Ensure the timely and accurate production of finished goods and the delivery of products to customers. Maintain inventory integrity of components and finished items.

Production Supervisor - 12 HR PM Shift (Project Management)

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and coordinate product processing.
2. Monitor backorder reports and production schedules; coordinate resources to minimize backorders and ensure overall quality.
3. Create inventory transfers and production orders to meet production schedules and service levels.
4. Complete all necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Maintain inventory integrity for components and finished products.
6. Communicate with product divisions regarding backordered and substitute items.
7. Act as backup for production equipment, material handling, and warehouse operations.
8. Develop and mentor staff through onboarding, training, and performance management to build morale and ensure proper staffing with required skills.

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous SAP and Catalyst experience.
• At least 2 years of production experience.
• Experience as a department lead or supervisor is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing staff.

The salary range for this position is $73,840 - $107,120 annually, depending on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. The role is bonus and incentive eligible.
