Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage, direct, and coordinate all activities related to a production shift.
• Supervise 40+ employees.
• Coordinate with Scheduler for daily production requirements.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities including interviewing and training.
• Ensure safety programs are effectively implemented.
