Bridgestone is seeking a Production Supervisor in Kentucky to plan, direct, and monitor production to meet specifications, schedules, and quality targets. You will allocate labor and capital, coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, and Sales to develop production plans.
The role emphasizes minimizing downtime, guiding a team, and applying your experience to resolve issues within guidelines, with regular updates to management and occasional executive communication.
