Base pay range

$65,735.00/yr - $98,542.00/yr

Summary

Supervise activities of division employees to ensure that production meets quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute plans based on production schedules to optimize manpower and machine productivity with minimal scrap and defects.
• Monitor safety devices and ensure safety protocols are followed, taking immediate action for unsafe conditions.
• Check machine settings and setups regularly and update as needed.
• Ensure operators comply with SOPs, FMEA, Process Flow, Control Plan, and related standards.
• Initiate and facilitate countermeasures for downtime recovery.
• Conduct lot flow analysis and manage non-conformities.
• Manage proper handling and usage of equipment, tools, and materials.
• Lead improvement activities such as 5S, Quality Circles, TPM, and small group activities.
• Assist in on-the-job training to upgrade team competencies.
• Prepare shift accomplishment reports and ensure smooth handovers.
• Implement good housekeeping using 5S tools.
• Motivate and uplift team morale.
• Promote safety and quality awareness.
• Foster good working relationships within and across groups.
• Monitor and control overtime.
• Operate machines during emergencies.
• Perform other duties as required.
