Production Supervisor/Manager [Management Consultant]

Job Overview

This position requires 100% domestic travel – fly out Sunday, fly home Friday, year-round.

  2. Working side by side with the frontline daily to change management behaviors.
  3. Understanding client resource utilization to identify operational and performance improvements.
  4. Building and fostering client communication and relationships.
  5. Addressing issues and providing appropriate feedback.
  6. Holding and increasing frontline accountability for actions, roles, and responsibilities.
  7. Assisting in developing frontline supervisors to be proactive.
  8. Increasing employee engagement and facilitating workshops.
  9. Understanding and delivering relevant metrics and data.
  10. Unlocking ideas for improvement.
  11. Implementing a proven management operating system.
  12. Giving frontline supervisors and employees a voice.
  13. Removing barriers and creating support from middle and senior management.
  14. Changing cultures for long-lasting results.
Professional Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of proven direct supervision and management experience, preferably in Production & Manufacturing industries.
  • Ability to manage conflict, build consensus, and facilitate collaboration across teams.
  • Ability to deliver results, solve problems, and manage clients.
  • High credibility with all organizational levels and external clients.
  • Strong analytical, numerical reasoning, business acumen, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
  • Teamwork and receptiveness to constructive feedback.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
