Job Overview

Production Supervisor – Richland Center, WI. Shift: 5am–5:30pm, 2 on/2 off or 3 on/2 off rotation. This role includes nights and weekends; days are possible after demonstrating performance.

Schreiber Foods, a customer‑brand leader in cheese and dairy products, seeks a leader who can guide a diverse manufacturing team, drive production efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Leadership
  • Communicate expectations and provide ongoing performance feedback.
  • Coach and mentor production partners to maximize efficiencies and meet daily goals.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in alignment with company commitments.
  • Monitor training to ensure the team is prepared for success.
• Manufacturing Operations
  • Daily problem‑solving to identify waste and cost‑reduction opportunities.
  • Participate in capital improvement projects.
  • Resolve roadblocks to maximize production efficiencies.
• Customer Compliance
  • Collaborate with others to support customer obsessions.
  • Develop knowledge of government regulations.
  • Represent the plant during regulatory, customer, and internal audits.
  • Establish and audit standard operating procedures to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in dairy, food science, agriculture, business, or related field is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED with 3–5years of proven leadership or manufacturing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑accountable, solution‑focused, and eager to learn and improve.
• Ability to collaborate with partners from diverse backgrounds.
• Physical capability to stand up to 12hours/day, walk 60minutes per hour, sit 15minutes per hour, lift/carry up to 50lb, and bend/squat/twist as required.
