Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Position

Recruit Right is seeking a second shift Production Supervisor to work for our client. This is a full-time, non‑temp or contract role with a leading supplier in their field. The shift hours will be 3 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a willingness to come in early or work late or on weekends as needed. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise floor operations, ensuring schedules, raw materials, and equipment are ready for each shift.
• Lead shift meetings, track productivity, and provide end‑of‑shift reports.
• Monitor quality control, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Act as liaison with Maintenance, Planning, and cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
• Train, coach, and support team members; handle performance feedback, scheduling, and compliance.
• Serve as acting supervisor when needed and foster a positive, accountable team culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years plant/production experience (leadership preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in plant equipment, ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred), and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
