Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience or 1–2 years cylinder processor‑lead experience preferred.
• Production or distribution experience required; industrial gas industry or equivalent preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of cylinder gases and processes.
• Familiarity with FDA, DOT, OSHA, and EPA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plant operations are performed safely and in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Schedule and coordinate cylinder gas production to meet customer demand and manage stock levels.
• Maintain facility appearance, image, and security while training staff and supporting career development.
• Drive productivity initiatives to maximize plant capabilities and efficiency.
• Manage day‑to‑day employee activities; conduct accident investigations and generate reports.
• Support product distribution with professional interactions with customers.
• Respond to emergencies, hold monthly safety meetings, and assist with SOP implementation.

• You will ensure plant operations are performed safely and responsibly, maintaining full compliance with regulatory agencies and Linde policies
• Schedule and coordinate cylinder gase production to meet customer demand, maintain adequate stock levels and monitor raw material deliveries
• Maintain the facility’s professional appearance, image, and security, while providing job training, supporting employee career development, and supervising personnel fairly to promote motivation and empowerment
• You will drive productivity initiatives to maximize plant capabilities and improve overall operational efficiency
• Manage day-to-day employee activities, conduct thorough accident/incident investigations, and complete all required reports with accuracy and detail
• Support the efficient distribution of productswhile maintainning professional interactions with internal and external customers
• Respond to emergency calls, conduct monthly safety meetings, assist with SOP implementation, and monitor the proper usage of plant assets

What Makes You Great

• Bachelor of science preferred; high school diploma or GED required
• You have at least 2 years of supervisory experience, or 1-2 years of cylinder processor-lead experience preferred
• Production or distribution experience required; industrial gas industry or equivalent experience preferred
• You have in-depth knowledge of cylinder gases and processes of each
• Familiarity with regulatory agencies including, but not limited to, FDA, DOT, OSHA, and EPA is required
• You posess excellent verbal and written communication skills; with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and management
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft applications, Lotus Notes and CU
• You demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to manage mutiple priorities effectively

Pay Range: $80,168 - $84,000
