JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide leadership and coaching for production employees
* Supervise electro-mechanical product assembly and testing operations, maintaining configuration and quality standards
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages productivity, collaboration, and creativity
* Ensure compliance with Mercury Systems, Inc. QMS procedures and processes
* Maintain logs, paperwork, and forms per company policies
* Manage inventory of shop supplies and consumables
* Apply lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
* Monitor and enforce ESD protocols
* Collaborate with QA and Engineering to improve production flow
* Support root cause analysis with Manufacturing Engineering and QA
* Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and available
* Track KPIs as required
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives
* Coordinate with other managers and supervisors cross-functionally
* Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
* At least 5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing/production
* Experience with ISO9001 and/or AS9100 QMS
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with MES, ERP, MRP software
* Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
* Understanding of Lean Manufacturing
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work with diverse teams
* Capable of multi-tasking under pressure
* US person status or related clearance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 1-3 years of manufacturing leadership experience
* Experience with MRP and factory control tools
* Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt
* Knowledge of RCA/RCCA methodologies and IPC standards
* Familiarity with PowerBI and Oracle
