Hours: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday 6:00pm-6:00am

What’s a typical day as Production Supervisor? You’ll be:

• Oversee daily production operations, prioritizing tasks to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual standards while maximizing efficiency and quality.
• Train and develop production staff in technical, quality, and safety procedures to ensure workforce competency and consistent performance.
• Manage staffing levels and labor resources, utilizing temporary personnel as needed to align with changing production volumes.
• Assign and monitor tasks and equipment usage to enhance machine productivity and reduce downtime across the production floor.
• Implement cross-training programs, positioning team members strategically to optimize flexibility and reduce labor costs.
• Coordinate inventory management and maintenance scheduling to keep equipment running smoothly and maintain adequate supplies.
