Job description

We’re hiring an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in our manufacturing facility near City of Industry, CA. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving production efficiency, ensuring quality output, and supporting a positive and safe work environment. If you're passionate about coaching teams, optimizing processes, and making a measurable difference, this opportunity is for you!

Salary: $68,000 - $80,000 per year

Shift: Second

Work hours: 2 PM - 11 PM

Education: High School

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
2. Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet production targets and deadlines.
3. Ensure that products meet quality standards by conducting regular inspections and implementing quality control measures.
4. Train and mentor production staff, providing guidance on best practices and company policies.
5. Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on production performance, quality issues, and personnel matters.
6. Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality assurance, to resolve production issues and improve processes.
7. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Essential functions of this role include:

• Working in a smoke-free environment
• Wearing steel toe shoes
• Working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• Manual lifting up to 50 lbs
• Standing for 6 hours at a time
• Working up to 6 hours of overtime per week
