Position Overview

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading their assigned manufacturing teams. The supervisor's expectations include planning and assigning work, implementing policies and procedures, recommending operational improvements, assisting in developing new opportunities, ensuring product quality, maintaining safety standards, following the 5S program, monitoring cycle count/inventory processes, and adherence to policies. Supervisors will actively participate in processes such as interviews, disciplinary actions, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Production Supervisor leads manufacturing teams, manages work orders, ensures equipment and processes are optimized, supports continuous improvement, and maintains safety and quality standards following 5S principles. Responsibilities include training staff, addressing safety and quality issues promptly, and ensuring compliance with policies.
