Job summary

Korry Electronics is seeking a Production Supervisor in Everett, WA to lead a hands-on team in delivering high-quality aerospace products. You will coach, mentor, and train operators, set goals, and drive continuous improvement in production, quality, and safety to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, development of personnel, and a focus on reducing costs while maintaining top product standards. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical degree a plus.

This role is based in Everett, WA

What You Will Do:

The Production Supervisor will coach, develop, mentor, and train the team to be the best in the business. You’ll ensure your team consistently delivers the highest‑quality product—on time, every time.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day to day activities of a team of production operators
• Set team goals and meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual expectations
• Measure and improve group performance
• Lead daily operations and continuous improvement, including production processes, quality, inventory, and operational safety
• Reduce operational cost, inventories, and lead times through continuous improvement
• Promote a team environment
• Performs special projects/tasks as assigned.

Preferred Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical degree a plus.
• Some demonstrated experience in a manufacturing management position, or progressive manufacturing experience in a hands‑on position as a team leader.

Preferred Experience

• 5 years’ of experience in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Specialized Skills and Abilities

• Working knowledge of aerospace products and production requirements
• Hands on knowledge of MRP systems is a plus
• Understanding of operations processes and principles
• Previous team leadership or people-management

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent use of personal computers, database and digital platforms, and other office productivity machinery, such as copy machines and computer printers.
• Frequently uses hands, fingers, and arms to reach, handle, touch or feel equipment, materials, and computer.
• The person in this position needs to frequently move inside the office.
• Frequent close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
• Occasionally use of steps, or ladder
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Seldom to occasionally position self to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Eligibility Requirements:

Salary Range:

The typical hiring range for this role is:

• $81,000 - $120,000
