Korry Electronics is seeking a Production Supervisor in Everett, WA to lead a hands-on team in delivering high-quality aerospace products. You will coach, mentor, and train operators, set goals, and drive continuous improvement in production, quality, and safety to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, development of personnel, and a focus on reducing costs while maintaining top product standards. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• coach, develop, mentor, and train the team to be the best in the business.
• oversee day to day activities of a team of production operators and set team goals.
• lead daily operations and continuous improvement, including production processes, quality, inventory, and safety.
• reduce costs, inventories, and lead times through continuous improvement.
• promote a positive team environment and handle special projects as assigned.
