Overview

Compensation: $80,000 to $85,000 annually

Location: Santa Ana, CA

3rd Shift: 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM

Responsibilities
  • Manage all production associate activities and provide support on the production line.
  • Set daily workload schedules to efficiently manage the department, coordinating with internal departments to meet product and equipment needs on time.
  • Maintain and inventory all parts, supplies, and equipment used in the department.
  • Perform daily and cycle counts, maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Oversee start-up, safe operation, changeovers, shutdowns, and preventative maintenance of production equipment, including forklifts and other power equipment.
  • Verify work accuracy through QA line checks and load-in/load-out verification.
  • Maintain plant cleanliness following 5S standards.
  • Ensure compliance with governmental, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Report production activity and results regularly to the Production Manager and leadership team.
  • Hire, train, and develop associates to operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work weekends may be required.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree preferred; prior supervisory experience in a production environment is a plus.
  • Experience with production equipment, scheduling, and inventory control.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to understand and comply with QA testing requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
