Position Details

• Salary: $85K to $100K plus annual bonus

Role Overview

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading the production department to achieve safety, quality, and production goals. This role requires strong leadership to coordinate manufacturing activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote safety awareness and address safety issues proactively.
• Manage all aspects of the production line to meet demand safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with support departments and direct team members on daily tasks.
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to improve production processes.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain a clean, safe production environment.
• Monitor quality issues, provide training, and develop team skills.
• Maintain records on attendance, timekeeping, and adherence to policies.
• Update working standards and ensure 5S standards are maintained.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in meetings to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
