Silgan Closures in Richmond, IN is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead a fast-paced production team on the shop floor. You will ensure safety, quality, and adherence to SPC/SOP standards while maintaining efficient production flow.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of supervisory experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and proficiency with MS Office. This on-site role offers growth within a stable manufacturing culture.

Qualificações

What You will Do as a Manufacturing Production Supervisor:

What you Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Skilled trades experience such as machinist, mechanic, millwright, tool and die, electrician, or engineering experience is highly desirable.
• Seeking individuals with a strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a production supervisory capacity desirable.
• Must have strong communication skills, ability to effectively influence others, and problem-solve.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop others.
• Computer skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements:

Individuals must be able to work different shifts, weekends, and overtime. Limited travel is required from time to time. Must be physically capable of walking, standing, lifting, flexing, bending, and climbing as necessary to carry out responsibilities. Individuals will spend the majority of the day, around 85 percent, on the production floor. Work environment contains heat, cold, dust, noise, chemicals, and high-speed manufacturing equipment.
