Silgan Closures in Evansville, IN is hiring a Coater Operator to set up, operate and maintain coating equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will read job orders, follow production schedules and safety procedures while ensuring product quality through careful monitoring of coating weight, viscosity and oven temperature.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, prior manufacturing or machine operation experience, good color discernment, and the ability to lift up to 45

Starting pay $25.31 per hour plus shift differential

• Ability to discern colors and follow precise specifications
• Capable of lifting up to 45 lbs. in 5-gallon liquid buckets up to 4 hours per shift
• A strong work ethic and commitment to safety and teamwork
