DSJ Global is recruiting a hands-on Production Supervisor for a Pharmaceuticals manufacturer in Redmond, Oregon. You will lead a frontline team, manage daily GMP-compliant operations, and drive continuous improvement while meeting production targets.

The role oversees 18–20 staff with a Shift Lead, requires 3+ years in GMP manufacturing and 1 year supervisory experience; relocation assistance is available and a bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive manufacturing experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams in a commercial manufacturing setting.
• Proficient with production documentation and CMMS.
• Experience working in a 24/7 manufacturing operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production operations by GMP requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Lead daily manufacturing activities by assigning work, setting priorities, monitoring performance and resolving issues.
• Supervise and develop a team of ~18-20 employees with support from a Shift Lead.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate updates timely.
• Foster a collaborative, team-focused culture built on accountability, safety and continuous improvement.

One of our manufacturing clients is looking to bring on a hands-on production leader to guide its daily manufacturing operations. This person will play a key role in leading and developing front-line employees and help ensure production goals are met in a GMP-regulated environment.

Qualifications for the Production Supervisor include:

• 3+ years of progressive manufacturing experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership background, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams in a commercial manufacturing setting.
• Skilled at managing workload, delegating responsibilities, and meeting production objectives.
• Proficiency with production documentation, CMMS systems, and data entry.
• Experience working within a 24/7 manufacturing operation preferred.
