Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a pharmaceuticals manufacturer in Redmond, Oregon to lead overnight maintenance, drive reliability, and ensure safe operation of facility systems in a regulated environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance, leadership experience, strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and proficiency with CMMS; relocation assistance and night shift are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Leadership experience overseeing maintenance technicians.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and utility systems.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment failures and improving reliability.
• Proficiency with CMMS and preventive maintenance programs.
• Experience in a 24/7 manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support overnight maintenance to ensure safe, reliable operation of equipment and facilities.
• Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians while promoting safety and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities and Quality teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain maintenance records and CMMS documentation per site procedures.

One of our manufacturing clients is looking to bring on a strong maintenance leader to support its overnight operations. This person will play a key role in leading maintenance technicians, driving equipment reliability, and ensuring facility systems operate safely and efficiently within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications for the Maintenance Supervisor include:

• 3+ years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably supporting automated production equipment and facility systems.
• Previous leadership experience overseeing maintenance technicians, mechanics, or skilled trades personnel.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment failures and driving corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems, preventive maintenance programs, and maintenance documentation.
• Experience supporting operations within a 24/7 manufacturing environment preferred.

• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities, and Quality teams to troubleshoot issues and support operational goals.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and CMMS documentation in accordance with site procedures and compliance requirements.
• Drive equipment reliability initiatives through root cause analysis, process improvements, and maintenance best practices.
