  • Optimize production cells, staffing, equipment, material flow, floor space, and work processes to improve safety, quality, capacity, and efficiency.
  • Partner with Inventory Control and Supply Chain to ensure material availability, inventory accuracy, proper staging, and timely shortage resolution.
  • Ensure accurate and timely ERP transactions for work orders, material movements, labor reporting, production completions, and inventory adjustments.
  • Partner with Human Resources on hiring, training, performance evaluations, employee development, discipline, and termination processes.

  • Strong operations‑management experience encompassing production scheduling, capacity planning, inventory control, labor management, cost control, quality, and safety.
  • Proficiency with ERP and production‑planning systems, including work orders, bills of material, routings, inventory transactions, labor reporting, and scheduling.
  • Self‑starter with demonstrated ownership, sound judgment, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to drive results with limited direction.
