Job summary

ImageFIRST is seeking a Production Manager to lead our warehouse/plant operations, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety standards in a healthcare-focused linen service environment.

The role requires coordinating production associates, maintaining schedules, and driving continuous improvement while upholding ImageFIRST’s customer-first culture and 97% retention legacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' warehouse or plant management experience.
• Strong organizational and oral communications skills required.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Commitment to safety and quality across production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Production Associates and production standards.
• Manage the production schedule to deliver required products.
• Establish and manage a Quality Assurance program to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain product control programs to minimize loss (return audits, load-out).
• Manage Safety & Health Program and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Maintain high associate approval ratings and team engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Production Associates
• Manage production standards
• Manage production schedule that delivers required products
• Establish and manage a Quality Assurance program that meets customer requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years' warehouse or plant management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Strong organizational and oral communications skills
