ZIP-PAK, an ITW company, is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead a 12-hour, 7pm–7am schedule on a 2/2/3 cycle with alternating weekends off. You will energize operators, drive daily operations, and coach teams to achieve production, quality, and safety goals.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 annually. The pay rate for a successful candidate will depend on the geographic location, this salary range is for a successful candidate in the Chicagoland area. The specific hiring rate within the posted range will depend on the candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
