Supervises daily production or warehouse activities by directing frontline teams and ensuring safe, efficient execution of assigned work. Supports operational objectives by coordinating labor, materials, and workflow within designated areas. Maintains accountability by monitoring performance, enforcing standards, and addressing issues in real time. Serves as a working leader by balancing hands-on support with oversight responsibilities.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
5–8 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production operations required. Previous experience providing frontline supervision or work direction required.
