  • Reviews work areas and completed tasks to verify quality, safety, and compliance with standards.
  • Communicates project progress, challenges, and resource needs to leadership to maintain workflow continuity.
  • Promotes a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the crew.
  • Oversees maintenance and proper use of tools and equipment to ensure safe and effective operations.
  • Completes and submits timecards accurately and on schedule in accordance with company policies.

Job Summary

Supervises daily general labor operations and contributes to project success through safe, efficient, and high-quality execution. Coordinates site activities, labor, and resources to maintain productivity and meet project deadlines. Promotes safety, accountability, and teamwork within assigned crews. Drives process improvements and supports crew development to enhance performance and alignment with company standards.

Education Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience

5 years of experience in general labor, construction, or a related field required.

Certifications and Licenses
  • Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10-Hour Construction certification required.
  • Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.
