Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an entry-level Production Support role to enable reliable production across our facilities. You will learn and apply standard procedures, maintain a safe workspace, and contribute to daily manufacturing goals while developing a strong technical foundation.

You will operate basic equipment under supervision, handle materials, inspect for defects, document data, and escalate issues when needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 0-2 years manufacturing or production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operates basic manufacturing equipment and tools per SOPs and safety rules.
  • Completes production tasks such as material handling, assembly, or packaging with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inspects products or components for defects and reports quality concerns.
  • Documents simple production data or counts on forms or checklists.
  • Maintains clean and organized work area following safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Escalates equipment malfunctions or process deviations to senior technicians or supervisors.
  • Follows safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in the manufacturing environment.

Job Summary

Enables reliable production by supporting foundational manufacturing processes under close supervision. Contributes to the achievement of daily manufacturing production goals by learning and applying standard procedures in a structured environment. Fosters a safe and orderly workplace by embracing established practices and promptly seeking guidance when encountering unfamiliar situations. Lays the groundwork for consistent product quality by developing basic technical understanding and attention to detail. Assists in the efficient operation of manufacturing processes within the organization's manufacturing production facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operates basic manufacturing equipment and tools as directed, following standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
  • Completes assigned production tasks such as material handling, assembly, or packaging, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inspects products or components for visible defects and reports any quality concerns to supervisors.
  • Documents simple production data or counts as required by established forms or checklists.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Escalates equipment malfunctions or process deviations to senior technicians or supervisors for resolution.
  • Follows all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements relevant to the manufacturing environment.
Education Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Vocational/Technical Diploma in manufacturing, industrial technology, a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

Work Experience

0 - 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment or machinery, or a related field required.

Certifications and Licenses

None required.
