Job description

The Production Supervisor will assist the Production Manager with the supervision and coordination of production associates engaged in the production of pizza dough.

The Production Supervisor will train new team members on daily job duties. They will ensure team members work safely and are trained in food safety and other responsibilities to maintain consistency throughout the production and dough handling process.

Salary : $68k - $72k based on experience, plus up to a 10% company bonus!

Shift :

During Training : MW: 8AM - 4PM, TH & FRI: 5AM - 1:30PM

Permanent : SUNDAY: 8AM - 4PM, TH & FRI: 1:30AM - 9:30AM

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED; 2-year college degree preferred
• At least 2 years of production or manufacturing experience, preferably in bakery manufacturing
• 2 years of documented supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Ability to obtain and maintain dough certification
• Willingness to support a 24-hour operation and be on call, including carrying an emergency cell phone as needed
• Ability to work with yeast and flour products
• Must pass a pre-employment background check

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Ability to lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently and 75 lbs. occasionally, from the floor above the head throughout the shift
• Ability to work in refrigerated conditions (33-38°F) and in environments with loud machinery when necessary
