SHIFT: 2ND SHIFT, MON-FRI, 3PM-11PM

SALARY RANGE: $60K-$70K

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure all employees follow safe practices (Safety).
• Maintain effective communication.
• Coordinate with Lead Supervisor on:
• Scheduling issues
• Employee concerns
• Production problems (material, SKU, maintenance)
• Scheduling time off and staffing concerns
• Focus on daily production challenges, including challenging runs, machines, personnel, and processes.
• Provide performance feedback to employees.
• Supervise the Production Floor, working closely with the Thermo Team Lead.
• Manage upcoming machines for immediate setup when staffed.
• Prioritize tasks and communicate any issues.
• Handle special projects like rework and inventory prep.
• Monitor scrap levels, web widths, and other quality metrics.
• Oversee cups, slitting, maintenance, and material handling operations.
• Have working knowledge of cup machines and troubleshooting skills.
• Understand slitting processes.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Technicians to prioritize activities and manage work orders.
• Reintroduce machines into production post-maintenance.
• Manage wrap needs, replenishing supplies, and communicating needs across shifts.
• Ensure proper break scheduling to maintain machine operation.
• Maintain quality and cleanliness standards; generate damage reports and ensure proper inventory documentation.
• Keep the production floor clean and monitor employee cleaning routines.
• Handle administrative tasks, including production reporting and managing employee vacations.
