Our client, manufacturer of automotive components, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, time management and decision making skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Newberry, SC

Pay Range: $50K-$55K

Shift: 3rd shift, 11pm-7am Mon-Fri

What’s the Job?

• Ensure all associates are trained in safe practices and verify compliance
• Monitor and maintain all processes and running conditions to specified limits
• Monitor and control WIP (work in process) to ensure proper balance and flow through the process
• Provide assistance and adjust manpower as required to address issues
• A minimum of 80% of the time should be spent on the floor, monitoring all processes

What’s Needed?

• At least 2 years post-secondary education
• At least 2-4 years Supervisory experience in Manufacturing
• Good Communication Skills
