Reports To: Director of Operations

FLSA: Full time - Salaried/Exempt

Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED, 1+ years supervisory experience.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive work approach.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of production workflows and quality control standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to train diverse employees.
  • Proficiency with computers and software; Excel skills a plus.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Warehouse setting, moderate noise, standing/walking for long periods, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and other physical requirements as detailed.

Working Hours

Typically M-F, 6:30am – 3:30pm, with additional hours as needed.
