Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of manufacturing/production experience.
  • Must be willing and able to work all available shifts, including A & B Nights on a fixed 2-3-2 schedule.
  • Regular and predictable attendance required.
  • Valid driver's license required for business travel.
  • Advanced/intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to work beyond 40 hours per week as workload or projects dictate, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Lead team meetings communicating quality and production information, as well as general information from other locations/departments
  • Coach and counsel crew members in safety, performance, attendance, training, housekeeping/5S, and quality to ensure understanding and compliance with company requirements
  • Ensure that all production, safety, quality, and other information is clearly communicated to all team members
  • Actively participate in accident/injury investigations, including near misses, and resolve any deficiencies, including engineering controls and employee education
  • Perform audits in areas of safety, training, and quality to support company needs, and develop countermeasures when necessary
  • Assist with company compliance with requirements of TS16949 and other customer-mandated certifications
  • Coordinate work assignments for team members
  • Administer proper disciplinary actions when violations occur
  • Assist with materials planning and logistics
  • Review production data submitted by each operator
  • Process payroll and attendance data
  • Assist in preventive maintenance of equipment

Shift: A & B Nights: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM | Schedule: Fixed 2-3-2 Shift
Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams and drive safety, quality, and efficiency. You will coordinate shifts, mentor crew, and ensure adherence to TS16949 and customer requirements.

Applicants should have 3+ years in manufacturing, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to work non-standard shifts. This role emphasizes teamwork, problem solving, and data-driven decision making.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Physical and Environment Requirements
