The NWI Nashville facility currently has an immediate need for Production Supervisors to oversee assembly, machining, and process operations for our 1st shift and 2nd shifts. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of 10-20 employees in assembly or fabrication operations and will oversee and organize production schedules for quality, cost, and schedule, as well as communicate weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives by assigning workflows to their team and reporting performance metrics to leadership.
