Jabil is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Byhalia, MS. You will lead large teams to meet production schedules and uphold quality, providing strong people leadership and technical direction.

The role requires hands-on supervision in a manufacturing setting, with a focus on reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will recruit, develop, and retain talent, coordinate line moves, track metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of experience supervising teams in a manufacturing environment.

You will provide strong people leadership, technical direction, and operational oversight while driving continuous improvement, equipment reliability, and customer satisfaction.
