Job summary

Jabil Florence facility seeks a Production Supervisor to coordinate daily activities of the production team, ensure quality and safety standards, and maintain records of output and labor hours.

You will train staff on procedures, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineering and maintenance to optimize flow. Flexibility to work evenings/weekends is required for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality control systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate, train, and develop a diverse team.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities
