About the Role

Full‑time, hourly position reporting to the Plant Supervisor, with eligibility for a safety bonus. Base pay starts at $19 per hour with possible $1 per hour shift differentials.

Shift Details

• EXCEPTIONAL Metals – 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Saturday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM
• Plastatech – Day Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

What You’ll Accomplish

• Make high‑quality products, free of defects, to fulfill customers’ needs and expectations.
• Learn basic level tasks including production equipment operation and manufacturing procedures.
• Accurately complete required production paperwork.
• Attend and participate in scheduled company meetings, including all plant, production, and safety meetings.
• Keep work area clean and neat to ensure no safety hazards and a presentable area for guests.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies.

Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work in a team and have initiative to get the job done.
• Must be able to pass a pre‑hire drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Can bend, push, carry, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Available to work up to a 12‑hour shift and weekends as necessary.
• Previous manufacturing experience highly desired.

Additional Requirements

• Adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize‑approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including respirators. Must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face to pass fit test.
