Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Supervisor for 1st shift in McCook, NE. The role leads value streams, oversees daily operations, and drives continuous improvements. A bachelors degree and 3+ years of supervisory experience are required, with LEAN team experience preferred.

The position offers a 75k–80k base salary plus a 10% production bonus and relocation assistance. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM with full company benefits and growth opportunities.

As a Production Supervisor 1st shift, you will be part of the Value Stream Department,leading the Value Stream associates. The ideal candidate will have some supervisory experience, hasLean teams experience and is eager to learn and growwhich will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: McCook, NE

Pay Range: $75k -$80k/yr + 10% production bonus.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM -3:00PM

What's the Job?

• Leads the plant value stream(s) in daily operations and continuous improvements, which include but are not limited to: supply chain, production control, manufacturing priorities and coordination between all shifts in the value stream.
• Assist the Value Stream Manager to create continuous product flow, utilize pull systems and to level the workload.
• Create the basis for continuous improvement and employee empowerment by ensuring that standardized work and processes are followed.
• Maintain a positive team atmosphere in the Value Stream(s); hold regular team meetings and assign team member tasks and coordinate support activities fromdepartments outside of the team.
• Provide effective cross training for Value Stream associates and backups from other value streams to assure the continuous smooth running of the value stream.

What's Needed?

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+years' management or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated teamwork and teambuilding skills.
• Able to create and maintain enthusiasm for challenges and serve as model by promoting safety, new ideas and positive change.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with LEAN teams or leading LEAN teams is preferred.
