Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift in McCook, NE. You will lead value stream teams, drive daily operations, and coordinate across shifts to ensure continuous production flow. Relocation assistance is available for this Direct Hire role.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience, LEAN exposure, strong teamwork, and a focus on safety and continuous improvement. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ management or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated teamwork and teambuilding skills.
• Able to promote safety, new ideas and positive change.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with LEAN teams or leading LEAN teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the plant value stream(s) in daily operations and continuous improvements across supply chain, production control, manufacturing priorities and coordination between shifts.
• Assist Value Stream Manager to create continuous product flow, utilize pull systems and level workload.
• Establish standardized work and processes to drive continuous improvement and empower employees.
• Maintain a positive team atmosphere, conduct regular team meetings and coordinate cross-department support.
• Provide effective cross training for Value Stream associates and backups to ensure smooth operation.
